Attendance is open to EAAE members only. If your membership is not active, you can join or renew ↗ beforehand.

Registration fee

  • Early-bird rate — EARLY FEE € (valid EARLY PERIOD)
  • Standard rate — STANDARD FEE € (valid STANDARD PERIOD)
  • Student / PhD rate — STUDENT FEE € (valid proof of status required)

The fee covers

  • Entry to all sessions, keynote lectures and the anniversary programme
  • Coffee breaks and lunch on all congress days

Registration is handled through ConfTool ↗. By registering for the EAAE 2027 Congress you accept the terms and conditions set out here.

You can register only once you are an EAAE member.

How it works

  • ConfTool guides you through every step of the process.
  • Keep your EAAE membership number at hand — you’ll need it to continue.
  • Registration also lets you sign up for the optional social programme.
  • When choosing social-programme activities, please pick only those you genuinely intend to attend. This helps us cut food waste and keep limited places open for those who will use them.

Payment

Card payment is the recommended method, as it confirms your registration immediately. Two options are available:

  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment via the secure “Stripe” service. Accepted cards:
    • ACCEPTED CARDS
